Combining the power required by busier commercial venues with the precision favoured by the Speciality Coffee Market, the stylish single boiler NEW IBERITAL PID contains a powerful heating element and large boiler, allowing users to deliver more than 300 coffees a day.
The PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) system maintains optimal temperature by automatically turning the heating element on and off as required - perfect for hitting exacting standards consistently, regardless of external conditions. Popular extras, accessible via the included touchscreen, include number of coffees made, automatic group head cleaning, total amount of water used (ideal for water filter changes), steam temperature and company name display.

Warranty and Service Terms Disclaimer :
1. Warranty Coverage and Period
All new domestic and commercial coffee machines and coffee grinders sold through our website are supplied with a 1-year (12-month) limited return-to-base warranty, commencing from the date of delivery or collection.
2. Return-to-Base (RTB) Policy
This warranty is strictly operated on a Return-to-Base and Collect-from-Base framework. In the event of a warranty claim or required servicing, the following terms apply:
- Customer Responsibility: You (the customer) are solely responsible for transporting, shipping, or delivering the equipment to our designated authorized service partner’s workshop located in London, United Kingdom.
- Costs and Logistics: All logistics, transit insurance, and transportation costs—both for delivering the machine to the London workshop and collecting it once serviced—are the sole financial responsibility of the customer.
- Collection: Once the repair or service is complete, you will be notified, and you must arrange for the collection of the machine from the same London workshop at your own expense.
3. Exclusions
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. It does not cover faults caused by accidental damage, misuse, neglect, failure to descale or maintain the machine in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, or unauthorised third-party repairs.
