Warranty and Service Terms Disclaimer:
1. Warranty Coverage and Period
All new domestic and commercial coffee machines and coffee grinders sold through our website are supplied with a 1-year (12-month) limited return-to-base warranty, commencing from the date of delivery or collection.
2. Return-to-Base (RTB) Policy
This warranty is strictly operated on a Return-to-Base and Collect-from-Base framework. In the event of a warranty claim or required servicing, the following terms apply:
Customer Responsibility: You (the customer) are solely responsible for transporting, shipping, or delivering the equipment to our designated authorized service partner’s workshop located in London, United Kingdom.
Costs and Logistics: All logistics, transit insurance, and transportation costs—both for delivering the machine to the London workshop and collecting it once serviced—are the sole financial responsibility of the customer.
Collection: Once the repair or service is complete, you will be notified, and you must arrange for the collection of the machine from the same London workshop at your own expense.
3. Exclusions
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions. It does not cover faults caused by accidental damage, misuse, neglect, failure to descale or maintain the machine in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, or unauthorised third-party repairs.
