Shipping Methods and Costs
UK Orders:

We use APC Overnight for all orders within the United Kingdom. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
- Please note that coffee Machine orders and multiple coffee grinders above a weight of 30kg will hold a heavy-duty delivery charge of £120.00
International Orders:

For orders outside the United Kingdom, shipping methods and costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team at hello@choosecoffee.co.uk or 03300430012 for more information.
Delivery Times
UK Orders:

APC typically delivers within 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
International Orders:

Delivery times for international orders will vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. We will provide an estimated delivery time once the shipping method has been determined.
Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Tracking Your Order

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
