Refund policy

At Choose Coffee, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy.

Return Policy

You have 20 days from the date of order to return any items purchased from Choose Coffee, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging, as they were sold.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@choosecoffee.co.uk or 03300430012  with your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Packaging: Please ensure that the items are securely packaged in their original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items received). In such cases, we will handle the return shipping costs on a case-by-case basis.

  4. RETURNS POLICY – Sale Items

    If a refund is authorised, a restocking fee of 20% of the equipment cost, plus the original shipping cost, will be deducted from the refund amount.

    This policy also applies to equipment / goods / machines that have not yet been despatched at the time of cancellation.

    Customers are responsible for:

    All return shipping costs, and

    Any charges incurred during shipment if the order is cancelled prior to delivery (including, but not limited to, restocking fees and courier cancellation fees).

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is not approved (e.g., items are not in their original condition or packaging), we will notify you, and no refund will be issued. You may choose to have the items shipped back to you at your expense.

  • RETURNS/REFUND POLICY – Sale Items

Warranty: 

Warranty Terms for Coffee machines and Coffee Grinders are as follows.:

  • 1st year standard manufacturer warranty 
  • We operate on a return-to-base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partner's workshop in London.

Exceptions

Returns and refunds may not be applicable for certain items, such as custom orders, perishable goods, or sale items. Please refer to the specific product page for details.
