The Puly Caff basin is designed specifically for cleaning filterholders. Simply add 1 litre of hot water to the basin, add the filter holder and 10g of Puly's fast dissolve Puly Caff Group Head Cleaner (not included), wait 15 minutes, remove the filter holder and rinse the filter holder off with hot water.   • Any commercial good purchased and based out of London, we operate on a return to base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partners' workshop in London.

Please inspect all cosmetics before use to report any damage, as after use, returns or exchanges will not be valid.

RETURNS POLICY on all sale items

If a refund is agreed, a restocking charge of 20% of the equipment cost plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from a refund of returned equipment / goods.

This also applies to goods / equipment / machines not yet despatched.

Multiple Grinders or Domestic espresso machines above a certain total weight ( calculated at checkout) orders will hold a Heavy Duty Item Delivery charge of £75.00
