Via the iQ Meter, the cloud-based BRITA iQ Portal provides real-time performance data for your PURITY C and PURITY filters. Take a glance at the online dashboard to check last week’s water consumption, upcoming filter replacement dates and more.

The iQ Meter transmits accurate, up-to-date water consumption from your filter portfolio to the portal. Simplify your service planning and ensure optimal service efficiency.

THE iQ FLOWMETER RANGE

  • JAG44283 - IQ Flowneter 100-700 - for bigger equipment, predominantly in the 'steam' sector
  • JAG44282 - IQ Flowneter 10-100 - the most commonly used flowmeter, specifically designed for the coffee/vending industry
  • JAG44281 - IQ Flow Meter COM Unit - the iQ box only box that can attach to an existing flowmeter (where one is already in place)

  • On Commercial Espresso Machines installed by our service partner ( In London only, we offer labour and parts warranty).

  • Any commercial good purchased and based out of London, we operate on a return to base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partners' workshop in London.

  • On all domestic Items under warranty. We operate on a return-to-base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partner's workshop in London.

Please inspect all cosmetics before use to report any damage, as after use, returns or exchanges will not be valid.

RETURNS POLICY on all sale items

If a refund is agreed, a restocking charge of 20% of the equipment cost plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from a refund of returned equipment / goods.

This also applies to goods / equipment / machines not yet despatched.

Commercial / Heavy Domestic machines - Hold a Heavy Duty Charge of £120.00

Multiple Grinders or Domestic espresso machines above a certain total weight ( calculated at checkout) orders will hold a Heavy Duty Item Delivery charge of £75.00
