The Fish Smart kettle comes in two varieties: standard, for home use, and Pro, for commercial use.
- Safe and fast | Timemore Smart Fish kettles are constructed from 304 food grade stainless steel and boil water to 88℃ in circa 220s for the standard kettle and in 192s for the pro. The kettle offers precise control over the water temperature, while boil-dry protection will automatically power off when burning without water.
- Two Sizes | The Fish Smart Kettle for home has 600ml capacity with 1000W power and a maximum water level of around 560ml; The Fish Smart Pro Kettle for commercial use has 900ml capacity, 1500W, and a maximum water level of around 850ml.
- Precision | Patented fine gooseneck spout and stable water filtration structure, coffee novices can easily create a thin and tough 90° vertical water flow while accurately controlling the flow rate, which meets the water injection requirements of different stages of pour over coffee brewing. Simple aesthetic meets powerful design.
- Temperature Control | Built-in STRIX controller accuracy reaches 1℃, to adjust the temperature to any target within 40-100℃. Under HOLD mode, auto heat to the target temp if the actual water temp is at a lower level. Dual data display, you can view the actual and target temp in real-time.
- Broad Brewing | For pour-over, the water temp of 90-92℃ is recommended for medium roasted beans, 92-96℃ for lightly roasted beans, and 85-90℃ for deep-roasted beans. This kettle is also suitable for AeroPress, portable espresso maker, Clever Coffee Dripper, Chemex, French Press, and tea making.
