POUR'D 3 Button Concentrate is the quickest, easiest, and most flexible cold beverage solution available. POUR'D is compatible with any syrup or concentrate coffee source and can be programmed for up to three beverage sizes. POUR'D 3 Button Concentrate also gives users the choice to add a separate hot or cold water source. POUR'D allows users to dispense a range of the following beverages: - Cold beverage from concentrate (up to 3 sizes) - Sparkling beverage from concentrate (up to 3 sizes) - Shot of beverage concentrate - Separate line of hot water - Syrup based beverages such as lemonades or iced-teas. - For install, service, and spec information, see downloads section below

  • 1st year standard manufacturer warranty

  • On Commercial Espresso Machines installed by our service partner ( In London only, we offer labour and parts warranty).

  • Any commercial good purchased and based out of London, we operate on a return to base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partners' workshop in London.

  • On all domestic Items under warranty. We operate on a return-to-base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partner's workshop in London.

Please inspect all cosmetics before use to report any damage, as after use, returns or exchanges will not be valid.

RETURNS POLICY on all sale items

If a refund is agreed, a restocking charge of 20% of the equipment cost plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from a refund of returned equipment / goods.

This also applies to goods / equipment / machines not yet despatched.

Commercial / Heavy Domestic machines - Hold a Heavy Duty Charge of £120.00

Multiple Grinders or Domestic espresso machines above a certain total weight ( calculated at checkout) orders will hold a Heavy Duty Item Delivery charge of £75.00
