- Any commercial good purchased and based out of London, we operate on a return to base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partners' workshop in London.
- On all domestic Items under warranty. We operate on a return-to-base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partner's workshop in London.
Please inspect all cosmetics before use to report any damage, as after use, returns or exchanges will not be valid.
RETURNS POLICY on all sale items
If a refund is agreed, a restocking charge of 20% of the equipment cost plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from a refund of returned equipment / goods.
This also applies to goods / equipment / machines not yet despatched.
