Puly Verde Milk is non-harmful to the environment and all packaging is made from recycled materials or is recyclable. As with our standard Puly Milk Frother Cleaner, Puly Verde Milk cleans inside as well as outside the steam tubes. The scale inhibitor removes the hard calcium deposits which prevents the groth of bacteria on the organic fats and proteins contained in these deposits. This enables and improves the texture and quality of microfoam.   • Any commercial good purchased and based out of London, we operate on a return to base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partners' workshop in London.

Please inspect all cosmetics before use to report any damage, as after use, returns or exchanges will not be valid.

RETURNS POLICY on all sale items

If a refund is agreed, a restocking charge of 20% of the equipment cost plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from a refund of returned equipment / goods.

Multiple Grinders or Domestic espresso machines above a certain total weight ( calculated at checkout) orders will hold a Heavy Duty Item Delivery charge of £75.00
