The Eagle One Prima is a versatile and eclectic coffee machine that opens up a new way of living and perceiving the coffee experience. Prima is the first step towards a new frontier, a new way to prepare and enjoy espresso and will overcome many boundaries. Utilising the same NEO technology found in the Eagle One 2 and 3 group machines, the Prima’s settings are all controlled through the new Victoria Arduino app, giving control to adjust temperature pressure and access to espresso brewing recipes from all around the world.

Available in various colours and with the option to run off mains water or internal water tank, the Eagle One Prima is a versatile one-group espresso machine that fits every style and occasion.

  • Any commercial good purchased and based out of London, we operate on a return to base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partners' workshop in London.

  • On all domestic Items under warranty. We operate on a return-to-base collect from base only, so you would need to bring the machine to our service partner's workshop in London.

Please inspect all cosmetics before use to report any damage, as after use, returns or exchanges will not be valid.

RETURNS POLICY on all sale items

If a refund is agreed, a restocking charge of 20% of the equipment cost plus the original shipping cost will be deducted from a refund of returned equipment / goods.

This also applies to goods / equipment / machines not yet despatched.

Multiple Grinders or Domestic espresso machines above a certain total weight ( calculated at checkout) orders will hold a Heavy Duty Item Delivery charge of £75.00
